It does not matter if you have the best customer service skills, if you do not truly understand the value of a home. You might potentially allow your buyer to pay to much, or your seller to sell to low. Understanding this is key to a good experience. The third thing that I use to give me an edge is that I embrace technology. The world has become very "technological" and to get an edge, I use technology to perform highly advanced home value assessments. I study the market from all angles and study market reports for our area. A unique understanding of "comps" is key to my success. My advanced search methods and knowledge of the area are also key in allowing me to utilize the powerful MLS system to its full potential to find you that perfect home. For my home sellers, this means your home will be marketed using every advantage possible. I know what sells a home, and we will push your homes unique strengths to rise to the top of our price point. More importantly I will make sure, we understand the true value of your home before we put it on the market. I do not promise I can get you more than a particular company or agent. It is easy for someone to quote a higher selling price, but that does little good for you if your home is not selling. I am honest and fair. I am bilingual, and speak Spanish fluentley. I strongly believe I give you the best chance to get the most for your home if you are selling a home and the best chance to find the perfect home if you are buying a home.
